Q: Where are we located?

Gardner87 is based in Monaco and your G87 eBike will be shipped from our Head Office.

There are different policies, procedures, and laws that may apply depending on your country of residence.

Q: Where can I see and test ride a G87 eBike?

If you would like to touch and feel one of our eBike models you can do so at our Head Office and showroom located in Monaco.

Q: What countries do we deliver to?

We deliver to most countries in Europe. For any information regarding shipping , please contact us directly by phone or from the Contact page.

Q: What is an eBike?
An eBike (electric bike) is a bicycle equipped with an electric motor that assists with pedalling. You still pedal, but the motor gives you a boost to make riding easier—especially on hills or long distances.

Q: Do I need a license to ride an eBike?
In most regions, no license, registration, or insurance is required for standard eBikes (up to 250W or 750W, depending on the country). However, local laws vary, so please check your area's specific regulations. You are responsible to check the regulations in your area and country.

Q: How fast can an eBike go?
Most eBikes assist up to 25 km/h in the EU. You can go faster by pedalling, but the motor assistance stops at the legal limit.

Battery & Charging

Q: How long does the battery last?
Battery range depends on the model, terrain, rider weight, and level of assist. On average, you can expect over 100kms on a full charge though this is dependent on road type, terrain, weather conditions, rider size, speed travelled etc. This is an indicative guide only

Charging can vary and you can expect the below

Q: Can I remove the battery?
Yes, your G87 eBike has a removable battery for easy charging and security or alternatively you can leave the battery in the eBike and charge in place.

Maintenance & Warranty

Q: How often does an eBike need maintenance?
eBikes need regular maintenance like a traditional bike—check the chain, brakes, and tyres every few weeks. The electrical components are low-maintenance but should be inspected annually.

Q: What if I need repairs?
We provide support through video tutorials for common repairs. Any bicycle store selling eBikes will be able to conduct general maintenance or repairs.

Ordering & Delivery

Q: The Wayne Gardner Limited Edition G87 eBike

Each model and colour is limited to 87 eBikes and will have a unique Limited Edition serial number plaque and decal stating it is a limited edition with Wayne Gardner’s signature.

If you are lucky enough to purchase one of these Limited Edition G87’s you will also receive a Certificate of Provenance and a gift.

Q: Ordering

Once you decide which Gardner87 is right, you can place your order. The ordering process only takes a few minutes.

Q: Placing an Order

Select & design your Gardner87 ebike.

When placing your order, you will pay a one-time, non-refundable order fee  of 25%.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and regular updates on your scheduled delivery.

Q: What credit cards do you accept

We generally accept all major credits cards issued in the European Union. We also accept other forms of electronic payment, such as PayPal or alternatively you can pay by bank transfer.

Q: Who is responsible for managing and paying taxes and customs duties when shipping the bike?

For deliveries within the European Union, there will be no taxes (other than VAT) or customs duties. Outside the EU, when importing goods into the country of delivery, it is your responsibility to clear them through customs. The amount of taxes and customs duties to be paid varies from one country to another and depends on the type and value of the goods, it is not possible for us to inform you of the exact amount of customs duties.

Q: Do you offer financing?
Coming Soon! We plan to partner with financing providers so you can pay over time with easy monthly instalments.

Q: Can I order online from outside the EU?

We only deliver orders to business or residential addresses within the EU. For special order requests for outside the EU please contact our Support Team.

Q: What are the shipping options for Gardner87.com?

We generally offer ground shipping as well as various expedited shipment options. Delivery within Europe is included in the price of your G87

Q: How long does delivery take?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your country/region. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: How can I track my order?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also look up the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and then clicking the “order history” link in the drop-down menu on the left. If your account information does not update with your tracking number, contact our Support Team.

Q: When will you ship my order?

It is to be noted the first delivery of a G87 is expected to commence from April 2026.

The ebikes are currently going through vigorous testing, certification and homologation. Once this is completed we will go into full production mode and aim to get your G87 eBike delivered to you at the earliest time.

Q: Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Our eBikes arrive mostly
assembled. Most customers can complete setup in under 30 minutes using the included tools and instructions.

Your Gardner87 eBike will be delivered to you in special packaging.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

Once an order is submitted, our warehouse staff in most cases starts to process the order immediately which means we cannot accommodate any changes.

If you have placed an order that needs to be cancelled, call our Support Team as soon as possible at (377) xx xxx xxx. We will do what we can to accommodate your request. 

Riding Experience

Q: Can I ride an eBike in the rain?
Yes, our eBikes are water-resistant and safe to ride in the rain, but avoid submerging them or washing with high-pressure hoses.

Q: How much can I carry on the eBike?
Most models support up to
130 kg, including rider and cargo.

Q: Can I turn the motor off and ride it like a normal bike?
Absolutely. You can ride with the motor off anytime, though the extra weight may make it a bit harder to pedal.

Account

Q: How do I update my account information?

You can change your account information by selecting Login/Register. Enter your email address and password to view your account information. From there, you can update your name, password, billing/shipping information, and your preferred riding style.

Since your email address is your account username, this cannot be changed.

Q: How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to request deletion of your account, you can do so by emailing our support Team.

Q: Bike Registration

Why should I register my bike?

Registration will help us provide you with better service and enable your full Warranty on your G87 eBike.

We can keep you updated regarding important information that applies to your bike or riding style. Warranty inquiries will also become more efficient and may further help if your bike gets stolen.

Q: How do I register my bike?

Either click on “Bike Registration” at the bottom our website. Follow the directions as prompted. You will need the serial number to register. For bikes, the serial number is located on a sticker on the underside of your bike. Go to the Register My Bike page for details.
